street noise and rude staff
convenient access major landmarks street noise loud noise
the hotel was near many stores and major landmarks access to most places was convenient
the street noise was too much all the time i should have asked for a room away from the street i found opening and closing doors created loud noises in the hotel it disturbed my sleep

decent experience
easy navigation cute staff stocked mini bar slow elevator reception absence small gym
the hotel is easy to get to. i found the staff cute. they provided a stocked mini bar with waters and juice at no extra cost this was a nice touch.
the elevators seemed slow. there was no reception desk on the main floor. the gym is quite small only two people can use it at once.

long elevator wait constant street noise
The minibar offered complimentary drinks. That was quite a treat.
The elevators were a nightmare. I spent what seemed like half my stay just waiting for one (I swear, I aged a year). the street noise was constant. Earplugs are a must unless you enjoy being serenaded by traffic all night.
